April Cache Valley Utah Home Sales weren’t exactly stellar. They were up from March, but substantially less than home sales in April of 2007. Down 25% in-fact. The interesting thing about Cache County April Home sales was that the average price was actually up 15% with an average sold price at $219,150, Cache Valley’s highest ever average monthly sold price.
On the market right now there are 573 residential houses for sale and 46 condominiums. If Aprils rate of home sales continued it would take seven months to sell off every house in Cache County Utah.

That is one of the many problems that the market is going to have to deal with. Price and sale time are directly related. However, if home owners want to sell….and if we want to see a more active market, prices must fluctuate with demand and supply. To do otherwise, is a diameteic opositon.
