Many Davis County sellers are also becoming much more realistic and average list prices are way down. In march the median list price of Davis County Homes was $289,900, now it is $268,900.
Home sales per month are still sluggish. Compared too last year, August home sales were down nearly 28%. There were 292 residential homes sold in August of this year. August home sales were down 17% from July. While home sales are so slow, one alarming thing is that inventory continues to rise. There are currently 2,383 residential homes for sale in Davis County.
