Real Estate inventory is almost at balanced levels. At May’s home sales rate, there is less than 8 months of active home listings in Davis County Utah.
During May, 267 residential home listings were reported sold by the Wasatch Front Regional MLS. This is down by 19% compared with May of last year, but up 10% from April. The average price of these homes sold is also down to $221,832, 10% less than the average sold price a year ago.
