Weber County currently has 2157 residential homes for sale. (Same as this time last month). But the prices of these listings are $7,000 less than they were just a month ago. Compared with last June, the median price of Weber County home listings is down by more than $40,000.
Despite the fact that prices are down, their is still a substantial gap between list price and sold prices of Homes in the Ogden Valley. During May, the average Weber County Home sold had a median price of $154,000, 18% less than the median list price.
During May, Home Sales were up 14% compared with April, but down 23% compared with May of Last Year. At May’s home sales pace, there is 8.84 months of Ogden Utah real estate inventory.
