There are many large condominium complexes in Salt Lake. Right now there are 733 condos on the market.  Median listed price is$225,000 and average price is $263,175. Here is some info and reviews of a few of the common condo complexes. American Towers - The American Towers Condominiums are located in the heart of down town SLC at about 44 W and 300 S. They were built in the early 80’s. These condos are priced anywhere from the high $170’s up to the high $400’s. They are one of the tallest housing units in Utah. The HOA fee is as much as rent in some places at $421.

Angelina’s Corner - Angelina’s Corner are brand new contemporary town house condos just south of down town SLC. They have 2 bedroom, 2 bath 927 square foot units and large luxury units of almost 2,000 square feet. Units range from the high $100’s to the low $300’s for the newest units.

Bench Tower - The Bench Tower Condos are contemporary condos that are also near downtown Salt Lake. They, like their name implies, are up on the bench near the University of Utah on Kennedy Drive. They are a little more expensive than the American Tower Condos and range from the $300’s to the $450,000’s. They are not huge units and are only about 1300 square feet for 2 bedroom aptmnts and 1,600 sq feet for the three bedroom units. They were also built in the condo boom of the mid 80’s. They have a monthly Home Owners fee of almost $300 a month.

Century Park - The Century Park Condominiums were built in the mid 90’s near South Salt Lake. The have two and three bedroom, two bath apartment style units. Their HOA fee is $105 a month and they sell in the mid to high $100’s.

Central Pointe - Central Pointe has new small condos in the low $200’s. It is located on main street and 2150 south in SLC.

Mill Creek Terrace - The Mill Creek Terrace condos are some of the most affordable condominiums in the Salt Lake Valley. They are located in the Mill Creek area and sell in the upper $100’s. Their HOA fee is also a little more affordable at less than $100 each month.

Monte Cristo - The Monte Cristo Townhouses are located in SE SLC at about 6000 S and 2000 E. These Townhomes run in the high $200’s and low $300’s. This Complex is a secured gated community with a clubhouse, Sauna Steam Room, Swimming Pool, and Tennis Courts. The HOA fee is about $200 a month.

Quail Brook - Quail Brook condos are some very affordabe condominiums on the south east part of SLC.

Park 7 Condo’s - The Park Seven Condos are newer contemporary units located in the Sugarhouse area. They sell for more than $200,000.

Pierpont - The Pierpont Lofts in Salt Lake are without doubt some of the smallest housing units you will ever find. Their “large” units are less than 800 square feet, and their studio condos are bearly over 300 square feet. If you like cooking from your bed, this is the complex for you! Pierpoint Lofts are located on Pierpont Avenue.

838 Condos - The 838 Condominiums are located conveniently at 838 E. South Temple near Down Town Salt Lake City. Two bedroom units can be purchsed for a little over $300,000.

Twin Peaks – The Twin Peaks condos are an interesting rambler style condo in South Salt Lake Valley.  They are near the east bench and not far from the ski resorts.  They also have a small private backyard, basement, and two car garages.  You can buy a Twin Peak condo for around $250,000.

Olympus Pines Condos - The Olympus Pine Condos are small one and two bedroom units in the Olympus area of Salt Lake. The one bedroom units can be sold for less than $150,000. They are only about 850 square feet.
